Community meetings
Meetings are the place where decisions are made. Most of the meetings are held in IRC. Meetings are not a suitable place for lengthy discussions. Participants should read the agenda before-hand and if needed discuss items either on IRC or mailing list. Sometimes however need for discussion arises in the middle of meeting and in those cases it is up to the meeting chair to decide in which length discussion is allowed. Meeting chair can decide to postpone decisions concerning any item to next meeting, if discussion can not be handled shortly. In that case discussion continues on IRC (on community channel) and mailing list.
If you don't have IRC client, you can use freenode's web-based service
Webirc is nice, but alternative is to install IRC application. More information can be found from bottom of this page.
