Afaik for mnfi to be a member it would have to be an association or some other juridical instance of it's own. As I see it we simply state the network meetings are activities that devaamo arranges. One thing I'm not very clear about (don't have experience with such associations). So will MNFI be a member of Devaamo? Will Devaamo solicit sponsorship for its members or is it up to MNFI? Hi, Currently our monthly community meetings occur every first Monday of the month. However my orchestra rehearsals are starting this month and they're on Mondays. I plan to move our MNFI community meetings to every first Thursday of the month, at 1800 EEST, in #meego-meeting. Please let me know if you plan to attend the meetings but Thursdays are no good for you. We can't accomodate everyone, but if enough people have problems with Thursdays, we can look for alternatives. (Wednesdays and weekends are possible, but I'd prefer to leave the weekends alone.) ...

o/ We had a chat about starting a non-profit open source developer association in yesterday's meetup and actually decided to just to do it. The proposed name for it is Devaamo ry (seems to be available). Why someone might ask, well it's helps with anything related with money. Hi, We had TMN meetup today and we discussed among other things about the event mentioned in topic. The event is still going to be held during weekend to give us more time to do actual hands-on stuff. The dates for the event must be in August because some 'speakers' or presentation keepers are available then. The suggested dates are: 13th and 20th August. Place will be New Factory, Tampere. It was decided at TMN meetup that ninnnu's solution is implemented now. Timoph's stand-alone app (which was used for creating Summit FI badges) will possibly replace the previous solution after it has been modified.
