Sponsoring opportunities
For companies
Co-operation with local companies working with Qt and MeeGo is important if not vital for our success. Companies contribute to Open Source development a lot of different resources including paid developers and background services. Nowadays companies and Open Source communities live side by side, both embrace the benefits of open and transparent development. This symposium can benefit both.
Our activities include energetic local (monthly) meetups, weekend events(occasional) and annual MeeGo Summit FI. In these events the most talented people meet and exchange ideas, get to know each other and build networks.
Companies are welcome to sponsor our activities either with monetary input or otherwise. Here's a few options for companies:
- Send some of your staff to our meetups either as participant. We welcome all hands-on demonstrations.
- Support local meetups by sponsoring some food and snacks. Get your company logo in our pages.
- Support community with hardware. Donated devices are loaned to developers for testing, developing and experiment purposes. This activity is also known as local community device program (Developer Lounge). More information about the program.

- Suggest something yourself. We are always open to suggestions. There must be some form of support we have not found yet.
